Anti-Ageing Injections (Botox®)
The ageing process and decrease of collagen in the skin contributes to the fine lines often referred to as wrinkles.
A non-surgical treatment using Botulinum Toxin also known as Botox has been used to soften facial lines for generations.
How does it work?
Botulinum Toxin blocks the chemical responsible for muscle contraction. This process allows the skin to replenish and create a rejuvenated fresh look.
About the treatment process
The initial consultation will involve a completion of medical forms to ensure you are fully aware of the possible side effects and risks involved with this procedure. This form will also help the practitioner gain a better understanding of your past history regarding medical procedures and give an insight into the problem areas you would like support to correct.
The appointment is client based and the process involves injecting anti-ageing medication into specific muscles to prevent them from contracting. this then prevents the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles resulting in smoother skin.
The treatment is suitable for most skin types and the product is FDA approved for treating ageing lines effectively. The product is administered by a highly qualified practitioner in a safe, clinical environment.
The procedure is relatively pain free and the effects are noticeable within 2-3 weeks.

Profhilo® - 1 Treatment £250 - 2 treatments (Recommended for best results) £450
The first of its kind, Profhilo® is a revolutionary 'beneath the skin' hyaluronic acid moisturising treatment, made with the patented NAHYCO® technology. This results in a unique hyaluronic acid injectable gel, which has a prolonged stimulating activity on the dermal cells. When injected into skin, Profhilo® stimulates the skin cell receptors to counteract skin laxity and improve and restore firmness of the skin.
How does it work?
One of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid on the market, Profhilo® not only boosts and hydrates the skin, but also remodels ageing and
sagging tissue. The most common areas of treatment include the face and neck and can also be used for the décolletage, hands, arms, knees and abdomen area where it would effectively treat skin laxity. The treatment is suitable for men and women as well as offering skin benefits for patients of all ages.
About the treatment process
The application process requires a five point protocol, known as BAP (Bio-aesthetic point) technique, involving five 0.2ml injections on each side of the face. A two-course treatment plan is often required to achieve maximum results and create a naturally refreshed look, that softens fine lines and tightens sagging skin.
Sunekos - 2 Treatments £450 - Each additional treatment £150
How does it work?
Sunekos is an innovative aesthetic treatment designed to rejuvenate and revitalize the skin. It is commonly used to address skin aging signs such as wrinkles, loss of volume, and overall skin tone and texture. The treatment involves the injection of a unique formulation that helps stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, the key proteins responsible for maintaining skin's structure, firmness, and elasticity. A typical treatment plan involves 2-4 sessions spaced 14 days apart. Sunekos lasts for up to 6-9 months.
Key Features of Sunekos Treatment:
Active Ingredients: Sunekos contains a blend of amino acids and hyaluronic acid. The amino acids are vital for collagen and elastin production, while hyaluronic acid hydrates the skin and helps restore volume. These ingredients work synergistically to improve skin quality at a cellular level.
Mechanism: Unlike traditional fillers, which primarily add volume, Sunekos stimulates the skin's natural ability to regenerate. The amino acids encourage fibroblasts (cells that produce collagen) to work more effectively, leading to a gradual improvement in the skin's texture, tone, and elasticity.
Treatment Areas: Sunekos can be applied to various areas of the face and body, including:
Face (under-eye area, cheeks, around the mouth)
Neck
Décolletage
Hands
Procedure: The treatment is minimally invasive and typically involves a series of small injections administered with a very fine needle. The number of sessions required depends on the individual's skin condition and the desired outcome, but generally, around 3-4 sessions are recommended, spaced a couple of weeks apart. Each session usually lasts around 15 to 30 minutes.
Post-Treatment:
There is little to no downtime after the treatment. Mild swelling or redness at the injection sites may occur, but these side effects typically resolve within a few hours.
The results gradually appear over several weeks as the collagen and elastin production is stimulated.
Sunekos results tend to last for several months, and periodic maintenance treatments may be recommended to sustain the effects.
Benefits of Sunekos:
Improved skin tone and texture: Skin appears smoother and more even.
Reduction in fine lines and wrinkles: The treatment helps to soften wrinkles, particularly in delicate areas like the under-eye region.
Natural-looking results: Sunekos enhances the skin's own regeneration without adding volume in the same way as traditional dermal fillers.
Non-invasive with minimal recovery time.
Sunekos is often sought after by individuals looking for a non-surgical option to combat signs of aging or improve skin quality. However, as with any cosmetic treatment, it's important to consult a qualified practitioner to determine if it's suitable for your skin type and goals.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are injectable substances used to restore volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial contours. Made from various materials like hyaluronic acid, calcium hydroxylapatite, or poly-L-lactic acid, these fillers are designed to mimic the skin's natural structure and provide a more youthful appearance. They can be used to treat areas such as the cheeks, lips, under-eye hollows, and nasolabial folds. The results are immediate, offering a non-surgical solution to address signs of aging and enhance facial features with minimal downtime.
How does it work?
Dermal fillers treatment involves injecting a medical developed solution under the skin with a fine needle to enhance the area being treated.
Hyaluronic acid is a substance that is naturally found in the body and is lost over time, its main job is to retain water and keep skin tissue well lubricated, this is the substance that is used to hydrate and enhance the treated area.
About the treatment process
Your treatment journey begins with a friendly consultation with Carmella detailing your past medical history and cosmetic history. The Treatment is carried out using a topical numbing cream to ensure client comfort, a fine needle is used to administer the dermal filler using client specific needle techniques which have been developed whilst training with a world renowned Harley Street Clinic to ensure a personalised experience with optimum results.
Before and after photographs/videos are taken for documentation whilst I assesses your facial anatomy and agree on a treatment plan.
Following the treatment process, Tamanu balm is applied to the area which will help to reduce to possibility of bruising post procedure.
I will then offer continued support via messages and telephone consultations if required.
Lip Filler - 0.5ml £140 - 1ml £160
Nasolabial Folds £160 for 1ml
Marionette Lines £160 for 1ml
Cheek fillers £170 for 1ml
Additional 1ml if required £150
Filler Dissolving - From £150 (Subject to Consultation)
Filler dissolving is a safe and effective process used to reverse the effects of unwanted or excessive dermal filler. This procedure involves the injection of hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid-based fillers. The enzyme works by targeting and dissolving the filler material, allowing the skin to return to its natural state. The process is relatively quick, typically taking just a few minutes per area, with results often visible within 24-48 hours. It is important to consult with a qualified aesthetic professional, as the amount of hyaluronidase required will vary depending on the type and amount of filler, ensuring the best outcome. While generally safe, some clients may experience mild swelling or bruising at the injection site, which typically subsides within a few days.
Polynucleotides - 1 treatment £200
Polynucleotide treatments are a cutting-edge approach in skin rejuvenation, designed to enhance the skin's natural healing and regeneration processes.
How does it work?
Polynucleotides are powerful bioactive molecules that stimulate collagen production, improve skin elasticity, and deeply hydrate the skin. This treatment helps repair damaged tissue, reduce fine lines, and improve overall skin texture and tone. Unlike other treatments, polynucleotides provide long-lasting benefits by promoting cellular renewal from within, rather than offering a temporary surface fix. They are also biocompatible, reducing the risk of adverse reactions, and deliver visible, natural-looking results with minimal downtime. This makes polynucleotide therapy an excellent choice for individuals seeking a safe, effective, and sustainable way to achieve youthful, radiant skin.
About the treatment process
The polynucleotide treatment involves a series of microinjections delivered into the skin's dermal layer using fine needles. These injections deposit bioactive molecules that stimulate collagen production, improve hydration, and repair damaged tissue. The procedure is minimally invasive, quick, and requires little to no downtime.
Vitamin B12 Injections £30
Vitamin B12 injections have been gaining popularity in recent years, not only for their potential beauty benefits but also for their numerous health benefits. Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient that plays a crucial role in the proper functioning of the body. It is important for maintaining a healthy nervous system, producing red blood cells, and supporting the immune system.
One of the most well-known benefits of vitamin B12 injections is their potential to increase energy levels. This is because vitamin B12 helps the body convert food into energy, and a deficiency in this nutrient can lead to fatigue and low energy levels. For those looking to improve their overall wellness and beauty, having more energy can be a great advantage. It can help improve exercise performance, mental clarity, and even aid in weight loss.
Another benefit of vitamin B12 injections is their potential to improve skin health. As we age, our skin loses collagen, which can lead to wrinkles and fine lines. Vitamin B12 injections can help stimulate collagen production, which can help reduce the appearance of aging skin. This can result in smoother, younger-looking skin that has a healthy glow.
Vitamin B12 injections can also be beneficial for those looking to boost their immune system. This nutrient is essential for the production of white blood cells, which are responsible for fighting off infections and diseases. By ensuring that your body has enough vitamin B12, you can help support your immune system and reduce the risk of illnesses.
So, how often should you get vitamin B12 injections? This can vary depending on your individual needs and health status. Some people may only need injections once a month, while others may require them more frequently. During the consultation process we will discuss your own personal circumstances to determine the appropriate frequency for you.
About the treatment process
Your treatment journey begins with a friendly consultation with Carmella detailing your past medical history and aesthetic history. The Treatment is carried out using a fine needle and the injection is usually made to the upper arm and it is completed in seconds much like any sort of vaccination injection you may have had.
